Fees Rules
Payment - The following criteria shall apply to the payment and refund of fees and charges:
भुगतान – हमें यह ज्ञात है और स्वीकार है की निम्नलिखित तरीकों से बच्चों की फीस का भुगतान करना होगा -
(a) Fees and charges must be paid according to the dates and terms specified by the School
फीस विद्यालय के बताई हुई तारीख , नियमों , शर्तों के अनुसार देनी होंगी।
(b) No refund of fees can be made for absence due to illness or any other causes.
किसी भी कारण अगर हमारा बच्चा विद्यालय नहीं आता या आ पाता तो कोई भी फीस वापिस नहीं होगी।
(c) Full fees must be paid for any and all absence periods from the school. If fees are not paid for any reason during absence, the student’s place will be forfeited.
हमने पूरी 12 बारह महीने की फीस देनी है | अगर बच्चा किसी कारण से छुट्टियां लेता है या नहीं आता तबकी फीस भी जाएगी | अगर हमने लम्बे समय तक बच्चों को नहीं भेजा और बाद में कोई कारण भी नहीं बताया तो हमारे बच्चे का नाम विद्यालय से हट जायेगा।
(d) Fees will be paid for 12 months monthly.
फीस 12 महीने की देनी है , हर महीने जमा करनी है |
(e) At the discretion of the school, late payment of fees will be subject to a surcharge as follows :-
After 10th day of the deposit month – Rs.10/- (Rupees ten) per day,
After 30th or 31st i.e. last day of the month fee is not deposited than Rs.300\- (three hundred only ) other than the Ten rupees fine per day will be charged as fine .
दस तारीक के बाद हर दिन के 10 रूपए विलम्भ शुल्क लग जायेगा तथा महीने की आखिरी तारीक के बाद 300 रूपए अतिरिक्त विलम्ब शुल्क के रूप में देना होगा। जो की अगले महीने की रसीद में जुड़ेगा और देय होगा।
(f) In case of non-payment of tuition-fee till the 10th of the next month, the name of the defaulter will be struck off from the rolls and a re-admission fee will be charged along with the clearance of other dues.
अगर अगले महीने की दस तारीख तक हम अपने बच्चों की फीस जमा नहीं करेंगे तो हमारे बच्चों का नाम विद्यालय से काट दिया जायेगा और हमें दुबारा दाखिला शुल्क देकर दुबारा दाखिला करना होगा।
(g) Fee once paid shall not be refunded on any grounds, whatsoever.
एक बार फीस जमा होने के बाद किसी भी कारणवश फीस वापिस दी नहीं जाएगी ।
(h) The school does not take any responsibility of sending reminders to parents to pay the fee.
विद्यालय बार बार फीस के लिए हमें याद दिलाने के लिए बाध्य नहीं है।
(i) The decision of the Principal in the matters related to admission, admission result, fines, promotions and detention etc. as per policies laid by the management shall be final.
बच्चों के दाखिले, फीस, रिजल्ट , अगली कक्षा में उत्तीर्ण , फेल होना या किसी तरीके का दंड के फैसले प्रधानाचार्य की मर्ज़ी से प्रबंधक समिति के नियमानुसार ही होगा ।
(j) Parents should keep the fee receipts safely for the entire session and produce as and when required by the school.
हमें बच्चों की फीस रसीदें संभाल कर रखनी है और यदा कदा विद्यालय से मांगने पर दिखानी है।
(k) Fees will not be submitted in school in cash , it can be submitted only through ONLINE MODE, DD,CHEQUES, by visiting Central bank of india ,Khurja; Bank Of Baroda, Khurja , Punjab national bank , Pisawa; Allahabad bank, Pahasu ; Punjab national bank, Karora .
हर महीने की दस तारीख तक बच्चों की फीस विद्यालय से प्राप्त फीस रसीद से बैंक , चेक ,ऑनलाइन या डिमांड ड्राफ्ट के माध्यम से ही जमा होगी। फीस नकद में विद्यालय में जमा नहीं की जाएगी।
जितनी फीस रसीद में लिखी होगी उतनी ही हमें जमा करनी है। विद्यालय के खाते खुर्जा में सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया, बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ोदा , पहासू में पंजाब नेशनल बैंक में ,पहासू में इलाहाबाद बैंक में , करोरा में पंजाब नेशनल बैंक में है।
Transport Fees
Bus Services - The school offers an optional bus service. No refund will be available for days of absence. Bus services will be charged for complete 12 (twelve months) If a student is not going to use this service on any given day, parents should notify the School in advance. If the school’s bus service is not used then it is the responsibility of the parents to ensure that their child arrives to school promptly and is picked up/taken back according to school hours. Bus service cannot be removed in between the session.
